Bob Perls, President
In 1981, Bob started his own company, Monitech, a medical
electronics distributorship. Monitech is now based in Albuquerque. His first few years in business, he sold pacemakers during
the day, worked as an emergency medical technician at night and worked as a professional ski patrolman in Santa Fe on the
weekend. Over the past two decades, Bob has employed many New Mexicans in high-tech/high wage jobs. His company sells cardiac
pacemakers, critical care monitors, defibrillators and other cardiovascular devices. Bob has the NASPExAM Testamur certification

sales territory is the Western slope of Colorado, Northern New Mexico, Northern Arizona and Southeastern Utah. He is
married with 4 children, ages 15-21.
Hayley Kennedy, Sales Representative
Hayley is married with two children and has worked
with Monitech for almost 3 years. She is a Navy veteran and has been a resident of New Mexico since 1984.
Her sales area covers the Albuquerque metro area, Southern New Mexico and West Texas. She looks forward to hearing from
you.
Michael Erick/Bio-Med Engineer
Mike is married with one Child (Teenager). After being discharged from the Coast Guard in 1972, Moved
to New Mexico to take a job as a Biomedical Technician. Mike has worked as a Factory Service Representative for dozens of
medical equipment manufactures as there factory trained technician in the southwest. Mike was trained at Nihon Koden in August
of 2003 and has done several installations in Colorado and New Mexico.
Larry Kolker, Office Manager
Larry is a Viet Nam Veteran who served onboard the Submarine Tender USS Orion AS18
as a personnelman. I am married with two grown children (boy and a girl) and one FANTASTIC Grandson. I have been
an active member of the Knights of Columbus for over 15 years. I have 20 years of experience as an Office Manager and
I look forward to working closely with our Clients and Vendors and maintaining the smooth operation of the Monitech office.
Tony Palmer - Sales Representative
Tony is a native of New Mexico. Tony has been in sales for the past 9 years.
Previous Medical sales experience
for a Mobile X-ray company in New Mexico before coming to
work for Monitech. He will be graduating from UNM with a Bachelors of Communications.
Tony's territory is the Front Range
of Colorado and Wyoming..
